Physician Needs Report

The Physician Needs Report is based on predetermined standards for physician need and supply per County. It enables you to choose a specialty to determine how many physicians are needed to meet the demands of the specified geographic area selected. Both National and Georgia-based workforce standards are displayed. The Georgia-based standards are based on Georgia physician data and agreed to by the Georgia Board and these standards are adopted for five specialties: Family Practice, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and General Surgery.
